We own the plants
Erbil fabricates our GRP, GRC and steel. Baghdad produces our ready-mix concrete. What we install, we made — so the schedule and the standard are ours to hold, not a subcontractor’s to explain.

Design, manufacture and installation under a single scope. No gap between the drawing and the site, and nobody to blame in the middle.

Eleven years, nine governorates
Work delivered from Duhok to Basrah since 2015 — universities, hotels, residential towers and infrastructure, in the conditions Iraqi sites actually present.

Clients who come back
Al-Shaab University has commissioned five separate projects. The Al-Taj hotel group, four across three hotels. Repeat work is the only reference that cannot be arranged.
Three stages, all in-house.
Most contractors do one of these and coordinate the rest. Doing all three is what removes the gaps where projects usually slip.
